This site was built to help share the wide range of nutritional and product information I have learned over the years with regard to skin health. When you eat to provide an abundance of skin healthy nutrients and avoid nutrient-deficient and chemical-laden foodstuffs, glowing, clear and healthy skin can be your reward. One of many rewards, actually, skin healthy nutrients also help optimize health in general. Bonus!!.

Avoiding skin care products that contain synthetic chemicals and instead using natural, organic body care also plays a role in skin health. And, once again, applying skin care products that are good for the skin and avoiding lotions, shampoos and make up that contribute to skin challenges, also play a bonus role in minimizing toxins that are harmful for overall health.

Why Have a "Contact Me" Form?

First, let's just say, I don't have a contact form just because it is common practice for websites to have such forms. I have a "contact me" form because I actually like to hear from people!

If you have nutrition or supplement or skin care product questions, please feel free to ask. I'll do what I can to get a decently informative answer back to you in a timely manner. If I don't know the answer, I'll try to do a little research on it. And if I can't find an answer, I'll be sure to let you know that too. I don't, after all, know everything and with all the research and evaluation I do, I'm also learning new things all the time, so you might want to sign up for RSS feed. That way, when I do find some new information and post it on the site, you'll be the first to know.

And re: the questions, remember, I'm trained as a social worker and a nutritionist, not a doctor. So no questions to do with diagnosis or treatment, O.K.!
