When ordering, why do I sometimes have trouble inputting certain info (i.e. my shipping address details or destination country)? While ONEgroup’s website has ongoing upgrades and improvements, glitches occasionally still occur (i.e. where typed or clicked information is not accepted or where a discount is not properly showing). For example, just as I pay GST and applicable PST on purchases made within Canada, Canadian taxes (PST/GST) and duty—varies per product but most ONE Group products, other than supplements for which there is no duty, attract a 6.5% duty—are payable on purchases delivered from other countries as well. For ONEgroup orders for many countries, there are two options in paying taxes and duty. When you buy Miessence products, taxes and duty on your products ordered can be paid online at the ONEgroup checkout or taxes and duty can be paid to DHL (the usual shipper) or whoever else may deliver your product when your purchase is delivered (be aware that paying by the latter method is not recommended as you may incur a brokerage fee that will also be payable upon delivery!).
